Ludwigia glandulosa. This plant displays narrow pointed leaves that are pink to red or reddish purple in colour depending on conditions. It grows straight with side shoots rarely forming unless stems are topped. Ludwigia glandulosa does not grow particularly fast, making it a perfect mid-ground focal point.
This plant is somewhat difficult to grow, requiring intense light to retain colouration and to stop leaves from being dropped. Regular fertilisation is also required, with CO2 recommended for best growth and colouration.
