Cameroon Moss Plagiochilaceae "Cameroon" has a very unique appearance. It is actually a species of liverwort rather than a moss.
It grows long fronds with large, oval leaves that are densely spaced on each stem. Leaves are bright to deep green in colour and semi-translucent. The growth form is generally upright but under intense lighting will tend to creep horizontally.
Cameroon Moss attaches easily to hardscape and is perfect for a unique midground or background focal point when used in this way.
Cameroon Moss is easy to grow, requiring only low to medium lighting. CO2 is not necessary. It is also able to grow in warmer water conditions, surviving happily in temperatures up to 28°.
